Team building workshops focus on improving communication between colleagues and increasing productivity by learning how to identify different personality types through body language and how to successfully communicate with them. Non-verbal communication sends the strongest messages, in the equine world as well as with humans. Learning to stay calm and focused during high pressure circumstances is imperative to success. Emotional control techniques and body language awareness will give you this ability.

LEARNING TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH ONE ANOTHER WITHOUT BEING REACTIVE CHANGES THE WHOLE DYNAMIC OF TEAMS. PEOPLE START WORKING TOGETHER, NOT AGAINST ONE ANOTHER. OPINIONS CAN BE GIVEN, NOT FORCED. PEOPLE CAN BE ASKED, NOT TOLD. PEOPLE CAN BE HEARD WITHOUT BEING SHUT DOWN. RESPECT AND DIGNITY IS RESTORED

Onsite workshops can include interaction with horses on the ground. There is no riding involved.

Learn how to confidently say “No”

Learn practical and effective steps to re-gain control of your life.

Watch a Natural Horsemanship demonstration to see first-hand how your emotions affect those around you and how to remain calm and respond, while others may be reacting, to a challenging situation. Anything from getting your 2 year old into the bath, to an inappropriate comment from a work colleague can quickly raise negative emotions. Firstly, recognising these feelings and then using calm assertiveness to handle them can be liberating.
